HG/T 2947-2011 is the English-translated version of 铝背水壶橡胶密封垫片.
HG/T 2947-2011 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for rubber gaskets used in aluminium canteens. It sets out the technical requirements for these gaskets together with the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions on marking, packaging, transport and storage. The document covers gaskets made with rubber as the main raw material, fitted to aluminium canteens and to canteens made of other materials. Its testing clauses draw on the general rubber methods GB/T 528-2009, GB/T 531.1-2008 and GB/T 3512-2001, on GB/T 2941 and GB/T 2828.1-2003, and on GB/T 24153-2009, GB 4806.1 and HG/T 2198. It replaces HG/T 2947-1986. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
