This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents"

This document replaces GB/T 23661-2009 "Structural Rubber Gaskets for Construction". Compared with GB/T 23661-2009, except for structural adjustment
In addition to rectification and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.
a) The classification has been changed (see Chapter 4, 3.1 of the.2009 edition);
b) Increased the ozone resistance performance requirements under the ozone concentration of (50+/-5)x10-8, and will
The ozone resistance performance requirements below are changed to optional requirements (see Table 1, Table 1 of the.2009 edition);
c) Delete the requirements and tests of "lip seal pressure" (see 3.6.5 of the.2009 edition);
d) The requirements and test methods for "clamping force" have been added (see 5.4, 6.4);
e) The requirements and test methods for "water resistance" have been added (see 5.5, 6.5);
This document is modified to adopt ISO 5892.2013 "Rubber Construction Gasket Prefabricated Solid Vulcanized Rubber Structural Gasket Specification".
Compared with ISO 5892.2013, this document has made the following structural adjustments.
--- Chapter 4 corresponds to Chapter 5 in ISO 5892.2013;
---Chapter 5 corresponds to Chapters 8 and 9 in ISO 5892.2013;
---5.1.1 corresponds to 6.2 in ISO 5892.2013;
---5.1.2 corresponds to Chapter 4 in ISO 5892.2013;
---5.2 corresponds to 6.3 in ISO 5892.2013;
---5.3 corresponds to Chapter 7 in ISO 5892.2013;
---5.4 corresponds to the "clamping force" performance in Table 3 of ISO 5892.2013;
---5.5 corresponds to the "water resistance" performance in Table 3 of ISO 5892.2013;
---5.6 corresponds to the "flame retardancy" performance in Table 3 of ISO 5892.2013;
---5.7 corresponds to the "contact and migration dyeing" performance in Table 3 of ISO 5892.2013;
--- (2) in No. 4 of Table 1 corresponds to the "low temperature compression set" performance in Table 3 of ISO 5892.2013;
--- (2) in No. 5 of Table 1 corresponds to the "high ozone concentration resistance" performance in Table 3 of ISO 5892.2013;
---Chapter 6 corresponds to the description of test methods in Chapters 8 and 9 of ISO 5892.2013;
--- The ozone resistance test conditions in 6.1.6 correspond to the ozone resistance test conditions in Table 1 and Table 3 of ISO 5892.2013.
The main technical differences between this document and ISO 5892.2013 and their reasons are as follows.
a) The content of the scope has been changed (see Chapter 1);
b) Replace ISO 1382 (see Chapter 3) with the Chinese document GB/T 9881 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
c) Added the title of "Appearance" (see 5.2) to ensure the standardization of writing;
d) Replace ISO 3302-1 (see 5.3) with the Chinese document GB/T 3672.1.2002 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
e) Deleted 6.1 of ISO 5892.2013 to eliminate meaningless description;
f) Deleted Table 3 of ISO 5892.2013, because its content has been adjusted to 5.4, 5.5, 5.6, 5.7 and Table 1;
g) Replace ISO 7619 (see 6.1.2) with GB/T 531.1 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
h) Replace ISO 37 (see 6.1.3) with GB/T 528-2009 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
i) Replace ISO 815-1 (see 6.1.4) with GB/T 7759.1-2015 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
j) Replace ISO 815-2 (see 6.1.4) with GB/T 7759.2-2014 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
k) Replace ISO 188 (see 6.1.5) with GB/T 3512 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
l) Replace ISO 1431-1 (see 6.1.6) with GB/T 7762-2014 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
m) Replace ISO 812 (see 6.1.7) with GB/T 15256-2014 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
n) The test method for dimension measurement has been added---measuring according to GB/T 2941 (see 6.3) to improve operability;
o) The flame retardant performance test method and GB/T 10707-2008 (see 6.6) are added to improve operability;
p) Replace ISO 3865 (see 6.7) with GB/T 19243 to adapt to the technical conditions of our country.
q) The chapter "Inspection Rules" (see Chapter 7) has been added to adapt to the technical conditions of our country;
r) The chapter "Signs, packaging, transportation and storage" (see Chapter 8) has been added to adapt to the technical conditions of our country.
The following editorial changes have been made to this document.
--- Changed the chapter title of the type from "operating temperature range" to "classification" (see Chapter 4) to express it more accurately;
---Changed the unit of ozone concentration, 500ppb was changed to 50x10-8,.2000µg/m3 was changed to.200x10-8 (see Table 1,
6.1.6), in order to comply with the compilation regulations of our country.
