HG/T 2702-2016 is the English-translated version of 扩张式封隔器胶筒.

HG/T 2702-2016 is the recommended chemical industry standard of China for the inflatable rubber elements of packers used in oil, gas and shale gas wells. It gives the terms and definitions, the structure and the designation of these expansion packer elements, then their requirements, inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. It applies to the expansion packers and packer rubber cartridges used in oilfield zonal testing, water injection, acidizing and fracturing, in coalbed methane and shale gas test fracturing, and in well completion. Its physical testing follows GB/T 528, GB/T 531.1, GB/T 1690, GB/T 3512, GB/T 7759 and GB/T 20739, and it is used with HG/T 2701-2016. It replaces HG/T 2702-1995. Issued on 15 January 2016, it has applied since 1 July 2016.
