HG/T 2555-2010 is the recommended Chinese chemical industry standard for fluorescent whitening agent DCB, listed as C.I. Fluorescent Brightener 121. It sets out the product requirements, the sampling, the test methods and the inspection rules, and then marking, labelling, packaging, transport and storage. The standard serves the quality control of the DCB brightener as supplied. Its checks rest on GB/T 2374 and GB/T 2386 from the dye test series, on GB/T 6678, GB/T 6682 and GB/T 8170, on GB 19601 and GB 20814, and on HG/T 3400-2001. It replaces HG/T 2555-1993.
