Scope
HG/T 2448-2009 is the English-translated version of 橡胶丝.
HG/T 2448-2009 is a recommended standard of the Chinese chemical industry devoted to rubber threads. It classifies and marks the product and then sets the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marks, packaging, transport and storage. Square-section rubber thread made from natural or synthetic rubber is what falls within its field of application. The standard quotes GB/T 528, GB/T 3512, HG/T 2487 and HG/T 3322, and was issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It supersedes HG/T 2448-1993. Issued on 4 December 2009, it has applied since 1 June 2010.
