Scope

GB/Z 6113.404-2023 is the English-translated version of 无线电骚扰和抗扰度测量设备和测量方法规范 第4-4部分:不确定度、统计学和限值建模 投诉的统计和保护无线电业务的限值计算模型.

GB/Z 6113.404-2023 belongs to the Chinese series on radio disturbance and immunity measuring apparatus and methods and is identical to CISPR TR 16-4-4:2020. It explains how to handle statistics on radio interference complaints, with a recommended format for compiling them and classifying interference sources.

It then builds the calculation models behind CISPR limits for disturbance field strength and disturbance voltage measured on a test site, covering interference probability, the interference environment, the mathematical basis, an alternative method for 150 kHz to 1 GHz and principles for limits above 1 GHz.

Annexes add mains decoupling factors, magnetic field limit conversion below 30 MHz, and emission models for photovoltaic systems and extra-low voltage lighting. It replaces GB/Z 6113.404-2007. It was issued on 27 November 2023.

---"sigmaPV" in C 2.3.3 is corrected to "sigmaCPV".

Introduction

In order to standardize electromagnetic compatibility measurements, consider measurement uncertainties and provide background information related to measurements, as well as label electromagnetic compatibility products.

The standard formulation and revision lays a technical foundation. GB/T (Z) 6113 specifies radio disturbance and immunity measurement equipment, measurement methods, and measurement uncertainty.

Qualification technical requirements and a model for calculating limits, which consists of four parts. Part 1 is the specifications for radio disturbance and immunity measurement equipment;

Part 2 is the specification for radio disturbance and immunity measurement methods; Part 3 is the technical report on radio disturbance and immunity measurement; Part 4 Divided into uncertainty, statistics and limit modeling. Part 4 is divided into 5 parts.

---Part 4-1. Uncertainty of standardized EMC tests. The purpose is to provide electromagnetic compatibility standard setters and revisers with Guidance on dealing with uncertainty.

---Part 4-2. Uncertainty of measuring equipment and facilities. The purpose is to provide for testing of equipment under test based on CISPR harassment limits.

How to apply the uncertainty of measuring equipment and facilities (MIU) method when making conformity determinations.

---Part 4-3. Statistical considerations for determination of EMC compliance of batch products. The purpose is to describe and determine the electromagnetic compatibility of batch products (EMC) Statistical considerations for compliance.

---Part 4-4. Complaint statistics and limit calculation model for protecting radio services. The purpose is to show how to deal with radio Suggestions on interference complaint statistics and calculation of limit values for disturbance field strength and disturbance voltage measurements at the test site.

---Part 4-5. Conditions for use of replacement test methods. The purpose is to provide product committees with information when using alternative test methods. Conversion method between established test method limits.
