Scope

GB/Z 6113.405-2026 is the English-translated version of 无线电骚扰和抗扰度测量设备和测量方法规范 第4-5部分:不确定度、统计学和限值建模 替换试验方法的使用条件.

GB/Z 6113.405-2026 is a guidance document, not a mandatory standard, that shows how a limit fixed for an established test method can be converted into a limit for an alternative test method.

Part 4-5 of the GB/T (Z) 6113 series on radio disturbance and immunity measurement, it is an identical adoption of CISPR TR 16-4-5:2021 and replaces GB/Z 6113.405-2010.

It defines determined and alternative test methods and gives product committees procedures for deriving alternative-method limits, one based on measurement results and one using statistical analysis of all basic factors for radiated emission measurements made in a reverberation chamber.

Informative annexes cover modelling of the equipment under test and worked comparison examples. The method covers disturbance measurements generally but concentrates on radiated disturbance, that is field strength and total radiated power. It was issued on 4 January 2026.

Part. Uncertainty, Statistics and Limits Modeling. Conditions for Using Alternative Experimental Methods.

Introduction

To standardize electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) measurements, consider measurement uncertainties, provide relevant background information, and classify EMC products... The formulation and revision of standards laid the technical foundation. GB/T (Z)6113 "Specification for Measurement Equipment and Methods for Radio Interference and Immunity" stipulates the requirements for radio interference and immunity measurement.

The model for measuring electrical disturbance and immunity, including measurement equipment, methods, technical requirements for measurement uncertainty, and calculation limits, consists of four parts, the first of which is... Part 1 is the specification for radio interference and immunity measurement equipment; Part 2 is the specification for radio interference and immunity measurement methods; Part 3 is... Technical report on radio interference and immunity measurement; Part 4 covers uncertainty, statistics, and limit modeling. Part 4 is proposed to be divided into 5 parts.

---Part 4-1.Uncertainty, Statistics, and Limit Modeling Uncertainty in standardized EMC tests. The purpose is to provide electromagnetic... The developers and revisers of compatible standards provide guidance on handling uncertainty.

---Part 4-2.Uncertainty, Statistics, and Limit Modeling. Uncertainty of measurement equipment and facilities. The purpose is to specify the basis... How is the measurement uncertainty (MIU) applied when determining compliance with CISPR disturbance limits for equipment under test? The method.

---Part 4-3.Uncertainty, Statistics, and Limit Modeling - Statistical Considerations for Determining EMC Compliance of Batch Products. Objective It describes the statistical considerations for determining the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) compliance of batch products.

---Part 4-4.Uncertainty, Statistics and Limit Modeling. Statistics of Complaints and Limit Calculation Models for Radio Services.

The purpose is to provide suggestions on how to handle radio interference complaint statistics and to provide measurement methods for interference field strength and interference voltage at test sites. Calculation of limits for measurement.

---Parts 4-5.Uncertainty, Statistics, and Limit Modeling - Conditions for Using Replacement Experimental Methods. The aim is to provide product committees with... When using alternative test methods, it provides conversion methods between the established test method limits and the specified test method limits.

1 Scope

This document specifies the conversion method between two limits for the Product Committee, namely, the "determined limit" in the "determined test method".

Convert to "Derived Limits" in "Alternative Test Methods". This method is generally applicable to all types of disturbance measurements, but focuses more on radiated disturbances.

Disturbance measurements (i.e., field strength and total radiated power) are used because several alternative test methods for field strength measurements have been established. The Product Committee and responsible... When other organizations that set emission limits decide to use alternative test methods and corresponding limits in product standards, this method can be used to achieve the limits. The conversion.

3.1 Determined test method

The test methods for determining emission limits are described in the basic standards and specified in the product or general standards. It includes specific...

The test procedures, specific test setup, specific test facilities or test sites, and defined launch limits.

Note: The following test methods are considered definitive test methods by CISPR.

---CISPR 16-2-1 specifies the method for measuring conducted interference at power ports in the 9kHz~30MHz range using an artificial power network (AMN);

---CISPR 16-2-3 specifies a range of 30MHz to 1GHz, a measurement distance of 10m, and the use of an Open Test Site (OATS) or a Semi-Anechoic Chamber (SAC). Radiated disturbance measurement methods;

---Radiated disturbances specified in CISPR 16-2-3, ranging from 1 GHz to 18 GHz, measured at a distance of 3 m, using an open test site in free space (FSOATS). Disturbance measurement methods.

3.2 Alternative test method

Test methods described in the basic standards but without defined emission limits. Alternative test methods are developed based on the established test methods.

The same purpose. Alternative test methods include specific test procedures, specific test setups, specific test facilities or sites, and applications.
