3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Wastemotor Motors or generators that have lost their original value or have been abandoned or abandoned although they have not lost their use value.

3.2 Carried-waste Other substances mixed into waste motors during production, collection, packaging and transportation.

Note. Inclusions do not include waste motor packaging and other materials that need to be used during transportation.

4 Classification and classification methods

4.1 According to the type and structure of the motor, waste motors are divided into waste asynchronous (induction) motors, waste synchronous motors, waste DC motors (including permanent magnet DC motors). Motors and brushless DC motors), waste single-phase series motors, waste stepper motors and other types of waste motors in 6 categories; divided by power 12 sub-categories; sequence codes are given according to the composition of parts.

4.2 Appearance grading quality requirements are given based on the integrity and repairability of the waste motor. See Chapter 7 for specific grading indicators.

5 Coding rules and code structure

5.1 According to the classification (see 4.1) and classification (see 4.2) methods of waste motors, the classification code is composed of ten Arabic numerals. the first four digits The Raber number is the major category code, according to the code of the waste motor in GB/T 27610-2020 (code 1110); the fifth digit is the middle category sequence code, and the The code numbers 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 9 represent waste asynchronous (induction) motors, waste synchronous motors, waste DC motors (including permanent magnet DC motors). And brushless DC motors), waste single-phase series motors, waste stepper motors and other types of waste motors; the sixth and seventh digits are the sub-class sequence codes, see GB 18613-2020 energy efficiency rating, code 01-99 represents the power size classification; the eighth and ninth digits are the sequence codes of the main components of the motor, refer to
