1 Scope

This guidance technical document gives the project conditions, division of responsibilities, project organization and operation, and expected results of the project for poverty alleviation projects in the tea industry. Analysis, poverty alleviation cycle, project evaluation and management, and provide a typical case of standardization of tea industry precision poverty alleviation (see Appendix A). This guidance technical document is applicable to the operation and management of tea industry projects.

NY/T 5018 Tea Production Technical Regulations

3.1 Natural conditions

3.1.1 Tea gardens choose agricultural production areas with good ecological conditions, away from pollution sources and with sustainable production capacity.
