1 Scope
This guiding technical document specifies the terms and definitions, the principles of protection and transmission and the requirements on protection and transmission for characteristic agriculture. This guiding technical document applies to the protection and transmission of characteristic agriculture.
This Guidance Document specifies the terms and definitions of conservation and heritage of special agriculture, the principles of protection and inheritance, the requirements of protection and inheritance. This guideline is applicable to the protection and inheritance of characteristic agriculture.

4 Protection and inheritance principles
Special agricultural protection and heritage should follow the following principles.

5.1 Basic requirements
5.1.1 The establishment of the appropriate organizational structure, division of labor, staff responsibilities clear.
5.1.2 to develop a complete protection and heritage planning, the establishment of a scientific working mechanism and management mechanism.
5.1.3 attach importance to the guidance of experts and the construction of qualified personnel, and establish a special agriculture protection and inheritance talent pool.
