Scope

GB/Z 31233-2014 is the English-translated version of 分立个体类产品随机抽样实施指南.

GB/Z 31233-2014 is the Chinese national standard on implementation guide of random sampling for discrete items, in the field of services and company organization. The /Z suffix marks it as a guiding technical document: it does not prescribe requirements that can be certified against, but sets out the technique, the method or the state of the art that the standards bodies recommend following. It was issued on 30 September 2014 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China. As a guiding technical document it carries no separate date of entry into force: it applies from publication. Classification: ICS 03.120.30, CCS A41. This page is published from the official record of the standard held by the Chinese standards administration: the identification, the dates, the classification and the issuing body are taken from there. The clause text, the tables and the numeric limits are in the document itself, which is delivered complete in English translation.

Foreword

This instructional document has been drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This Guidance Document is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Statistical Methods (SAC/TC21). This guideline is responsible for the drafting of technical documents. Jilin Province Quality and Technical Supervision. The guidance of technical documents to participate in the drafting unit. Jilin Province Quality Supervision and Management Association, Jilin Province, product quality supervision and Inspection Institute, Jilin Province Geographical Indication Products Protection Association, Dalian City Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Institute, FAW Car Co., Ltd., Hefei Teachers College. The main drafters of this guidance document are Li Ning, Wei Wei, Tian Guiying, Li Guijun, Zheng Shunli, Sun Ping, Yang Yuhong, Zhang Jingjuan, Hu Guozhi, Zeng Jie.

This guidance document is based on GB/T 10111-2008 "The Generation of Random Numbers and Its Application in Product Quality Sampling and Testing Program ", for the administrative law enforcement, product quality supervision and spot checks, administrative licensing review, product inspection or merchandise trade process needs to be divided Individual products for random sampling and the development of the implementation guidelines. The guidance of technical documents in accordance with the characteristics of the product production and storage state provides how to choose the appropriate "on-site random number generator" Sampling methods and procedures, such as "simple random sampling", "isometric sampling", "stratified random sampling" and "second-order sampling", will help the sampling staff to better Understand and apply GB/T 10111-2008. The clause text, the tables and the numeric limits are in the document itself, which is delivered complete in English translation.

This guidance document gives how to select the appropriate field-generated random number tool according to the characteristics of production and the state of storage, As well as appropriate random sampling methods and related procedures. This guidance document is applicable to the sampling of discrete individual products.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 3358.1-2009, GB/T 3358.2-2009 and GB/T 10111-2008 as defined by the following terms and definitions apply In this paper.

3.1 Discrete individual products discreteitem Easily distinguishable from each other, Batch products consist of a limited number of units of products. [GB/T 10111-2008, Definition 3.1.1] Examples of units of products that exist independently in the form of units, cases, cases, bags, bales, etc.

3.2 Sampling unit sampleunit Each section will be divided as a whole.

Note 1. A cell can contain one or more individuals.

Note 2. Sampling units may consist of discrete individuals or consist of a quantity of bulk material. [GB/T 3358.2-2009, Definition 1.2.14]

3.3 Random sampling randomsampling Taking n sampling units from the population to form samples, each possible combination of n sampling units has a specific probability sampling. [GB/T 3358.2-2009, Definition 1.3.5]

Note. In this guidance document, random sampling, if not specified, refers to equal probability extraction. That is, from the total number of N individuals drawn from a Body, so that each individual is drawn to the possibility of equal extraction method.

3.4 Sampling inspection samplinginspection Tests taken from a number of unit products from the set of products under consideration. [GB/T 3358.2-2009, Definition 4.1.6]
