1 Scope

This guiding technical document specifies the basic requirements for the production of baby pak choi, covering mainly the selection and management of the production base, the management of inputs, cultivation management, pest control, labour protection, batch management and record keeping. This guiding technical document applies to the growing and production of baby pak choi.

This Guidance Document specifies the basic requirements for the production of Kojima vegetables, including the selection and management of production bases, the management of inputs, Cultivation and management, pest control, labor protection, batch management, archival records and so on. This instructional document is suitable for the production of Asclepias.

3.1 Production base selection

3.1.1 Production base environmental conditions should be consistent with the requirements of GB/T 18407.1. Should stay away from sources of pollution. Contiguous area should be more than 3hm2.

3.1.2 Fill in the "basic record of production base" (see Table A.1) and "record of the existing biological species production base record" (see Table A.2).

3.2 facilities cultivation Facilities cultivation can be plastic shed, small shed, solar greenhouse and shade net cultivation in summer.

3.3 Base Management

3.3.1 studio Base should have a studio.
