1 Scope
This guiding technical document specifies the basic requirements for the production of broad beans, including the selection and management of the base, the management of production inputs, production technique, pest control, labour protection, batch management and record keeping. This guiding technical document applies to the growing and production of broad beans.
This guidance document defines the basic requirements for the production of broad beans, including the selection and management of bases, the management of production inputs, the production technology, Pest control, labor protection, batch management, archival records and so on. 3.1 Production base selection
3.1.1 Vicia fabaceae should choose high dry, drainage and irrigation convenience, deep soil, high fertility, loose, good physical and chemical properties of land cultivation. Its production Base should be far away from pollution sources. Base environmental conditions should be consistent with GB/T 18407.1 requirements.
3.1.2 Broad bean production base contiguous area should be more than 3hm2, and built isolation protection measures.

3.2 Base management
3.2.1 studio Base should have a studio.
