1 Scope
This guiding technical document specifies the basic requirements for tea production, including the selection and management of the base, the management of inputs, the management of production technique, the integrated control of pests in the tea garden, labour protection and record keeping. This guiding technical document applies to the growing and production of tea.

3.1.1 Tea garden
3.1.1.1 tea plantation should be selected in good ecological conditions, away from sources of pollution (including the main artery of traffic), and with sustainable production of agriculture Production areas.
