1 Scope
This guiding technical document specifies the basic requirements for the production of shiitake mushroom, covering mainly the selection and management of the base, the management of inputs, the management of production technique, pest control, labour protection, batch management and record keeping. This guiding technical document applies to the production of shiitake mushroom in bags.
This Guidance Document specifies the basic requirements for the production of shiitake mushrooms, including base selection and management, input management, production technology Management, pest control, labor protection, batch management, archival records and so on. This guideline is applicable to the production of bagged mushrooms.

3 Base selection and management
3.1 base selection Mushroom origin should be selected in good ecological conditions, away from pollution sources, and with sustainable production capacity of agricultural production areas. Environmental Quality Should comply with the provisions of GB/T 18407.1. And should fill out the "basic record of production base" (see Table A.1) and "existing base of production base Species survey record sheet "(see Table A.2).
3.2 base management
3.2.1 studio Base should have a studio for production office.
