Scope

GB/Z 25425-2010 is the English-translated version of 风力发电机组 公称视在声功率级和音值.

GB/Z 25425-2010, identical to IEC/TS 61400-14:2005, gives guidance on declaring the apparent sound power level and tonality values of a batch of wind turbines. It builds on the noise measurement method of GB/T 22516 and applies the general approach of ISO 4871 and ISO 7574 for determining and verifying declared noise emission values of machinery.

The document defines the standard deviation of reproducibility and the standard deviation of production, which are combined into a total standard deviation, and describes a batch as a group of wind turbines of the same type and model that share one declared value.

The declared values are then derived from measurements and these statistical quantities. It was issued on 10 November 2010.

Foreword

This instructional technical document has been prepared for this purpose.

--- Promote the standardization of wind turbine and wind turbine international standardization work;

--- To promote the continuous improvement of the quality of wind turbine products in China and enhance the competitiveness of products in the international market.

This technical document is the equivalent of IEC TS61400-14:2005 wind turbine generator set Part 14. Nominal apparent acoustic power Level and tone (English version). This guideline is equivalent to translation IEC TS61400-14:2005.

For ease of use, the following technical document has the following editorial changes.

--- The preface and introduction to IEC TS have been deleted in this guidance document and the preface of this guidance document has been added.

--- This part of IEC TS61400 read "This Guidance Technical Paper";

--- Use the decimal point "." Instead of as a decimal point comma ",";

--- For the reference of other international standards to be adopted as our standard instead of the corresponding international standards (see this instructional text Chapter 2);

--- Change the method of measuring apparent acoustical power level and tone value given in IEC TS 61414-11 to "in the scope" The present Guidance Technique The documentation is applicable to determining the nominal apparent sound power level and tone of a wind turbine. " This guideline is for reference only.

1 Scope

This Guidance Document specifies the guidelines for determining the nominal apparent sound power level and sound level of a batch wind turbine.

This guidance document is applicable to the determination of the nominal apparent sound power level and sound level of a batch wind turbine.

2 Normative references

The following documents contain provisions which, through reference in this Guidance Document, become the provisions of this Guidance Note document. All dated Reference documents, all subsequent amendments (not including errata content), or revisions do not apply to this guidance document, however, drums Recipients of the agreement based on this Guidance Document shall be encouraged to study whether the latest versions of these documents may be used and all undated references The latest version of this document applies to this guidance document.

GB/T 22516 wind turbine noise measurement method (GB/T 22516-2008, IEC 61400-11:2002, IDT)

Acoustics - Determination and verification of nominal radiated noise of machinery and equipment ISO 4872-1996

ISO 7574 (all parts) Acoustics Determination and verification of mechanical equipment, the nominal noise emission values used in statistical methods

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this guidance document.

3.1 Standard deviation of reproducibility

The standard deviation of noise obtained under repeated conditions, that is, repeated use of the same noise measurement method on the same wind turbine at different times And under different conditions (different wind direction, different personnel, different measurement equipment) measured standard deviation.

3.2 Standard deviation of production

Under repeated conditions (same surveyor, the same measuring equipment), using the same noise measurement method, the same batch of different wind Standard deviation of noise generated by the generator set.

3.3 Total standard deviation

From (1) calculated. sigmat = sigma2p sigma2R (1)

3.4 Batch

The same type, the same model, with the specifications of the wind turbine constitutes a group. The same number of wind turbines with the same nominal apparent sound power Level and tone characterization. Wind turbine components involved in determining nominal values are described in the manufacturer's instructions.

NOTE Even though slight changes to the wind turbine design may affect the apparent sound power level and the sound level, the wind turbine parameters given in Appendix B Information on the measurement of noise characteristics.

4 Overview

ISO 4871 and ISO 7574 give a general method for the determination and verification of nominal values of noise emissions from machinery and equipment. For different batches,
