This Guidance Document provides the requirements and methods for evaluating the product, design and operation of an automatic fire alarm system. This guideline is applicable to the evaluation of product performance, design performance and operating performance of automatic fire alarm system.

3 Terms and definitions

GB/T 4718-2006 established and the following terms and definitions apply to the guidance of technical documents.
