GB/Z 131-2025 is the English-translated version of 共享经济 数字平台可靠性和安全性通用要求.
GB/Z 131-2025 adopts ISO/TS 42501:2022 identically and sets general trustworthiness and safety requirements for digital platforms in the sharing economy. Building on the principles of ISO 42500, it asks platform operators to act with integrity, transparency, accountability, accessibility and inclusiveness, respect for stakeholder interests and competence. It then follows the transaction stages of a sharing platform, from onboarding and information updates through contact, transaction and rating, and sets operational management requirements for registration, verification and review, terms of use, complaint handling and dispute resolution, information on resource users and providers, and information security. The document is addressed to operators of both for-profit and non-profit platforms and, while it does not cover system requirements, may help system development. It was issued on 3 December 2025.

Foreword
This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents". Drafting.
This document adopts the same standards as ISO /T S42501.2022 "General requirements for reliability and security of digital platforms in the sharing economy".
Introduction
The widespread use of the internet, technological development, economic model innovation, and demographic changes have combined to lead to the emergence of a new economic model.
This new economic model is often referred to as the "sharing economy," which enables individuals and/or organizations that were previously unconnected to conduct transactions.
The sharing economy creates opportunities to connect individuals or organizations with idle assets or skills with those who wish to use them.
The sharing economy enables services and products to reach more consumers, supports entrepreneurship, and creates new business opportunities through flexible work arrangements.
Through this new model, sharing assets instead of owning them can optimize their use. The sharing economy is expected to create [something] by providing products or [other services]. Opportunities to improve society and the environment.
Furthermore, the sharing economy may not be able to provide the same level of security, service quality, and reliability as traditional business models.
These potential flaws could harm not only resource users but also the level playing field for resource providers.
This document aims to build a more acceptable and trustworthy digital ecosystem by supporting the governance activities of both for-profit and non-profit platform operators. Operation of the word platform.
1 Scope
This document specifies general requirements for the reliability and security of digital platforms.
This document is intended for operators of digital platforms in the sharing economy. While this document does not cover the system requirements for digital platforms, it does provide guidance on system development. It can still be helpful.
2 Normative references
The contents of the following documents, through normative references within the text, constitute essential provisions of this document. Dated citations are not included.
For references to documents, only the version corresponding to that date applies to this document; for undated references, the latest version (including all amendments) applies. This document.
ISO 42500 General principles of the sharing economy
3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in ISO 42500 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Authentication
Verify the claimed identities of resource providers and users based on information provided by them.
Note: Verification is the responsibility of the platform operator.
3.2 Verification
Platform operators provide objective evidence to demonstrate that registered users and resource providers have fulfilled applicable legal requirements and specific contractual agreements. Confirmation of the line.
4 Basic Requirements
4.1 General Rules
Platform operators should adhere to the following principles in accordance with ISO 42500.
a) Integrity;
b) Transparent;
c) Accountability and delegation;
d) Accessibility and inclusivity;
