Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 9339-2006 "Dye reaction with the cellulose fibers bond to acid and alkali resistance measurement", and GB/T 9339-2006 compared to the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Updated and increased the reference standard (see Chapter 2, Section 2 of the 2006 edition);

--- Rating content increases the color measurement (see 6.4.2);

--- Modify the content of the test report (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7, 2006 edition). The standard proposed by China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the reaction of alkali dye and the cellulosic fibers bond acid.

This standard applies to the reactive dyes and cellulose fiber bonds acid and alkali resistance measurement.

4 Reagents and materials

The reagents used should be consistent with GB/T 2374-2007 the provisions of Chapter 3. Reagents and materials covered by this standard are as follows.

a) acetic acid. 10g/L solution;

b) anhydrous sodium carbonate. 2g L solution /;

c) cotton adjacent fabric. comply with GB/T 7568.2-2008, each block size is 10cm × 4cm;

d) polyamide adjacent fabric. comply with GB/T 7568.3-2008, each block size is 10cm × 4cm.

The equipment shall comply with GB/T 2374-2007 in Chapter 4.
