Scope

GB/T 9314-2011 is the English-translated version of 串行击打式点阵打印机通用规范.

GB/T 9314-2011 is the Chinese general specification for general-purpose serial impact dot matrix printers, the printers that form characters by striking a ribbon dot by dot.

It fixes the terms and definitions, the requirements, the test methods, the quality assessment procedures and the marking, packaging, transport and storage rules.

The requirements run from appearance and structure, function and performance to power supply adaptation, safety, restricted hazardous substances, energy consumption, environmental adaptability, electromagnetic compatibility and reliability, while four normative annexes give the measurement of print speed, of print accuracy, of energy consumption limits and the classification of failures.

Manufacturers use it as the basis on which product standards for these printers are written. It replaces GB/T 9314-1995, was issued on 30 December 2011 and has applied since 1 June 2012.

--- The name "serial impact dot matrix printer General technical conditions" to "serial impact dot matrix printers universal norms";

--- Increasing the scope of the standard, that is applicable to delete "without display function" universal serial impact dot matrix printers (see Section Chapter 1);

--- Updated normative references, such as. GB 2312 changed to GB 18030, GB/T 2423.8 change GB/T 4857.2,

GB/T 4857.5, GB 5007.1, GB 5007.2 GB 22322.1 changed to other documents (see Chapter 2);

--- Increasing the normative references, such as. SJ/T 11363, SJ/T 11364, SJ/T 11365, GB/T 17618, GB 17625.1,

GB/T 18313, GB/T 18455 and other documents (see Chapter 2);

--- Remove the eight abrogated normative references, such as. GB/T 3909, GB 5792, GB 6833.2, GB 6833.3,

GB 6833.4, GB 6833.5, GB 6833.6, GB 9655 and other documents; deleted file is no longer referenced, such as. GB 2787,

GB 12508; delete the original file does not reference standard, such as. (See Chapter 2 in the 1995 edition) GB 6881, etc;

--- Remove the "character printer", the definition of "kanji printer" "graphics printer", adding "serial impact dot matrix printer" Definition (see 3.1);

--- Increased letter-quality, closed mode, sleep mode, etc. Definition (see 3.12,3.13,3.14);

--- The 1995 version of the content by the "look and structure", "function", "Performance", "power adaptation", "security" and "Restriction of Hazardous Substances Amount "," energy "," environmental adaptability, "" electromagnetic compatibility "," reliability "and other new structural order has been adjusted (see 4.1, 4.2, 4.3,4.4,4.5,4.6,4.7,4.8,4.9,4.10);

--- Increase universal serial bus and other interface requirements in 4.2.1; increased use commands to control spacing requirements in 4.2.4;

--- An increase of 4.6 poisonous harmful substances, energy consumption of 4.7 and 5.7 test toxic and harmful substances, energy consumption test 5.8, and the original Terms of Reference have been adjusted;

--- Updated the electromagnetic compatibility requirements and test methods (see 4.9,5.10);

--- Will change the name "inspection rules" for "quality assessment procedures" (see 6);

--- Will change "delivery inspection" and "routine tests" name "test batch" and "periodic inspection" and "quality conformance inspection" under (See 6.4);

--- Modify the packaging and marking requirements, and storage warehouse manufacturing units increased fire protection requirements (see 7.1,7.4).

--- Merged printer A, B, C classification, removed the 1995 edition of the Table 2, Table 3, Table 7, Table 8, Table 9, Table 13, Table 15, Table 4 and increase adjusted for the corresponding table continued;

--- Given trip degrees, the alignment and simple and accurate test methods take the paper accumulated error, print speed (see Appendix A, Appendix B);

--- Remove the 1995 edition Appendix C measurement noise, and Appendix sequence has been adjusted to increase the printing speed of the new Appendix A Energy measurement and measurement limits of Appendix C.
