Scope
GB/T 8013.5-2021 is the English-translated version of 铝及铝合金阳极氧化膜与有机聚合物膜 第5部分:功能膜.
GB/T 8013.5-2021 is Part 5 of the Chinese series on anodic oxide coatings and organic polymer coatings on aluminium and aluminium alloys, and deals with functional coatings.
These are anodic oxide films and organic polymer films given one or more specific properties, such as antibacterial action, flame retardancy or electrical insulation.
The document sets their classification, performance requirements, test methods and inspection rules, drawing on test methods for breakdown potential, volume resistivity, heat resistance, salt spray, wear resistance, contact angle, non-stick behaviour, reflective insulation and antibacterial activity.
It supplements Parts 1 to 3, whose general-purpose requirements do not fit coatings chosen for a particular function. Aluminium profile makers, coating suppliers and testing laboratories use it. It was issued on 20 August 2021 and has applied since 1 March 2022.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.
This document is the fifth part of GB/T 8013 "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Anodic Oxide Film and Organic Polymer Film". GB/T 8013 has been issued The following parts are distributed.
---Part 1: Anodized film;
---Part 2: Anodized composite film;
---Part 3: Organic polymer coating film;
---Part 4: Textured film;
---Part 5: Functional film.
Introduction
Aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxide film and organic polymer film are used for the protection and decoration of aluminum and aluminum alloy surface.
It is widely used in many fields such as appliances, home appliances, interior decoration, food packaging, mechanical parts and functional materials. GB/T 8013 "Aluminum and aluminum alloy anodes "Oxide Film and Organic Polymer Film" stipulates the general technical requirements for all types of aluminum surface anodization and organic polymer film. Aim to be full To meet the needs of different users, GB/T 8013 establishes general technical requirements for general-purpose films, and also establishes a decorative effect with texture And/or the technical requirements of the specific function of the film.
GB/T 8013 is planned to consist of five parts.
Part 1: Anodized film. The purpose is to establish general-purpose anodic oxide film performance evaluation methods and requirements.
Part 2: Anodized composite film. The purpose is to establish a general-purpose anodic oxidation composite film performance evaluation method and Require.
Part 3: Organic polymer coating film. The purpose is to establish a general-purpose organic polymer coating film performance evaluation method and Require.
Part 4: Textured film. The purpose is to establish the evaluation method and requirements of the film layer performance with texture decoration requirements.
Part 5: Functional film. The purpose is to establish specific performance evaluation methods and requirements for films with specific functional requirements.
In 1987, my country first formulated GB/T 8013-1987 "Aluminum and Aluminum Composites" in accordance with ISO 7999:1983 "General Specification for Aluminum General Specification for Gold Anodized Anodized Film. In 2007, referring to the new changes and new needs of relevant domestic and foreign standards, my country GB/T 8013-1987 has been revised, and GB/T 8013.1-2007 "Aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxide film and organic polymer film No. Part 1: Anodic Oxidation Film" replaces GB/T 8013-1987, and GB/T 8013.2-2007 "Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Anodic Oxide Film" is added at the same time. And organic polymer film Part 2: Anodized composite film", GB/T 8013.3-2007 "Aluminum and aluminum alloy anodic oxide film and organic polymer Compound Film Part 3: Organic Polymer Spray Film" to meet the application requirements of electrophoretic coating, electrostatic spraying, roller coating and other surface treatment films.
In recent years, the anodized textured film or organic polymer textured film (textured film for short) made by various texture processing methods, and passed the special table Anodized functional film or organic polymer functional film (referred to as functional Film), the application of aluminum alloy products is more and more extensive, and the development prospects are broad, but GB/T 8013.1~GB/T 8013.3 Multi-layer performance evaluation methods and requirements are not applicable to textured films or functional films. In view of this, it is necessary to add them to the GB/T 8013 series GB/T 8013.4 and GB/T 8013.5.
GB/T 8013.5 focuses on supplementing the specific evaluation methods and requirements of functional films, and standardizing the inspection methods and performance requirements of functional films to meet Consumers' demand for different functional film products.
