Foreword

GB/T 7689 "Test method for woven fabrics reinforced" is divided into five sections.

--- Part 1. Determination of thickness;

--- Part 2. warp, weft density measurement;

--- Part 3. Determination of width and length;

--- Part 4. Determination of bending stiffness;

--- Part 5. Determination of breaking glass fiber tensile strength and elongation.

This section GB/T 37689 Part of.

This section drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This Part replaces GB/T 7689.3-2001 "Reinforcements method for woven fabrics - Part 3. Determination of width and length", and GB/T 7689.3-2001 main differences are as follows.

--- Remove the "reference standards" chapter (see the 2001 edition of Chapter 2);

--- Added "width" is defined (see 3.1);

--- Increase "tension on the length of the measurement results," the description (see 4.2);

--- Added "precision" chapter (see Chapter 8).

This section uses redrafted law revision using ISO 5025:1997 "enhancement products - Determination of width and length of the woven fabric." this part of ISO 5025:1997 and the technical differences for the following reasons.

--- Due to ISO 1886 has been abolished, so delete the batch sampling on the form and number of provisions, chapter title was changed to "test the humidity and the like "(Chapter 5, ISO 5025:1997 Chapter 5);

This part made the following editorial changes.

--- Consistent with the existing standard series, the standard name will be changed to "Reinforcements method for woven fabrics - Part 3. Width and length Determination of "degrees.

This part of the National Standardization Technical Committee fiberglass (SAC/TC245) centralized.

This section is responsible for drafting. Nanjing Fiberglass Research and Design Institute Limited, the national glass fiber product quality supervision and inspection center.

1 Scope

This section provides an enhanced method for measuring the width and length of the woven fabric fibers.

This method is applicable to roll form the reinforcing fiber woven fabric.

Principle 2

Measure the width and length, width or other suitable scale with a measuring instrument in centimeters (cm) in units of length in meters (m) as a unit.
