Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting:

This document is the first part of GB/T 7025 "Elevator Main Parameters and Types and Dimensions of Cars, Shafts and Machine Rooms": GB/T 7025 has the following parts have been published:

---Part 1: Class I, II, III, VI elevators;

--- Part 2: Class IV elevators;

--- Part 3: Class V elevators:

This document replaces GB/T 7025.1-2008 "Main Parameters of Elevators and Types and Dimensions of Cars, Shafts and Machine Rooms - Part 1: I, II, Compared with GB/T 7025.1-2008, except for structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes of Class III and VI Elevators are as follows:

a) Delete the definition of "cargo elevator" (see 2.1:5 of the:2008 edition);

b) Added the definitions of "machine room-less elevator" and "elevator", terms related to size and terms related to other characteristics (see 3.1:5, 3:1:6, 3:3 and 3:4);

c) Deleted "Description of Symbols" and Table 1 (see 2.3 and Table 1 of the:2008 edition);

d) Changed the relevant instructions that the buyer and the construction unit must meet the hoistway dimensions specified by the elevator manufacturer (see 5.2:1:1, 4:2:1 of the:2008 edition);

e) The description of the situation not considered in the waiting hall has been added (see 5.3:1);

f) Deleted the minimum depth requirement of 1800mm for the elevator lobby suitable for disabled persons (see 4.3:2 of the:2008 edition);

g) Increased the size of the waiting hall to consider the turning space of the wheelchair (see 5.3:2);

h) The relevant requirements for the size of the machine room in the planning stage are added, and the buyer and construction unit must meet the requirements of the elevator manufacturer Relevant instructions on the size of the computer room (see 5.4:1 and 5:5:1);

i) Changed the scope of application of residential elevators and general-purpose elevators and the size requirements for people with disabilities, and added the specifications of 1000kg and 1275kg and the width of elevator shaft without machine room are explained (see Figure 5, Figure 5 of the:2008 edition);

j) Changed the size requirements for general-purpose elevators suitable for use by disabled persons (see Figure 6, Figure 6 of the:2008 edition);

k) Added the dimensions of shaft depth, shaft width, entrance width, car width and car depth when the counterweight of a general-purpose elevator is placed on its side requirements (see Figure 7):

This document is modified to adopt ISO 8100-30:2019 "Elevators for the carriage of people and goods - Part 30: Elevators of categories I, II, III, and VI":

The technical differences between this document and ISO 8100-30:2019 and their reasons are as follows:

--- In 3:1:6, the definition of elevator was changed to meet the actual situation;

--- In 3:1:8, the definition of the well was changed to conform to the actual situation;

--- In 4:2, 320kg, 400kg, 600kg, 750kg, 825kg, 900kg, 1050kg, 1150kg are added, which are optional the rated load capacity is suitable for the national conditions of our country;

--- In 4:3, 0:5m/s is added as an optional rated speed to suit my country's national conditions;

--- In 5:1:2, delete the requirement of "see Figure 10~Figure 13 for specific market demand" to suit my country's national conditions;

--- In Table 1, the vertical allowable deviation of the shaft size has been changed to suit my country's national conditions;

--- In 5:2:1:2:2, the requirements for the allowable deviation K value of the hoistway are added, and Note 1 and Note 2 are deleted to suit my country national conditions;

--- In 5:3:2, the requirements for the waiting hall have been changed to suit my country's national conditions;

--- In Table 2, some of the rated load capacity and rated speed and the corresponding size requirements have been added, and the rated speed has been changed 2:5m/s rated load capacity 1000/1050/1150/1275kg top floor height, to suit my country's national conditions;

--- Changed the titles of Figure 10, Figure 11, Figure 12 and Figure 13, and deleted the dimensional drawing of the counterweight lateral position in Figure 11 to suit my country's national conditions:

The following editorial changes have been made to this document:

--- Deleted the note in Chapter 1 of ISO 8100-30:2019;

--- Deleted the example of 3:2:4 in ISO 8100-30:2019;

--- In 3:3:12, add Note 2;

--- In 4:1, the expression of the priority number system was modified to be consistent with GB/T 321-2005;

---In 5:1:1, Note 3 of Figure 5, Note 3 of Figure 6 and Note 3 of Figure 7, change "graphic symbols of ISO 7000-0100" to graphic symbols Number" ";

--- In 5:4:3:2:3, the calculation formula for the minimum width of the machine room is corrected;

--- In Figure 5, note 4 has been changed, and the description that the width of the hoistway is increased by 100mm in the case of machine room is added;

--- In Figure 7, add Note 2;

--- In 1275kg in Figure 9, change footnote "a" to footnote "d", and add explanation of footnote "d";

--- Deleted the content of "this type of elevator is used in Germany and Israel" in Note 5 in Figure 9 of ISO 8100-30:2019:

Introduction

0.1 The design parameters of elevators caused by elevator types and intended uses are relatively complex, and the range of design parameters for each elevator type is different:

Are not the same: In order to provide guidance in the preliminary planning stage of the building, make full use of the space, standardize the parameters of the elevator, and facilitate the elevator related parties to choose the elevator According to the different types of elevators, my country has established the main parameters of the elevator and the parameters of the car, hoistway, and machine room to support the elevator safety standards:

National standard system of types and dimensions: GB/T 7025 "Elevator Main Parameters and Types and Dimensions of Cars, Shafts, and Machine Rooms" is my country's elevator standard the basic standard of the quasi-system consists of three parts:

--- Part 1: Class I, II, III, VI elevators: The purpose is to specify the necessary dimensions required for passenger lifts:

--- Part 2: Class IV elevators: The purpose is to specify the necessary dimensions required for freight elevators:

--- Part 3: Class V elevators: The purpose is to specify the necessary dimensions required for a lift:

0.2 This document reflects the needs of the market, including:

---Special needs of users, including those with physical disabilities, requirements for convenience and mobility;

--- Appropriate use of stretchers, beds and paramedical equipment in hospitals and nursing homes;

--- Frequently used elevators with a rated speed of 2:5m/s~6:0m/s usually run in high-rise buildings;

--- Elevators whose rated speed does not exceed 2:5m/s determined based on the priority number system;

--- Where feasible, reduce the size of the shaft to improve the utilization of building space:
