3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this standard.
3.1
Under specified conditions, a certain amount of amount of hydrogen peroxide in a sample and catalase and hydrogen peroxide consumption, per gram of sample (dry basis)

5 Reagents and materials
The following reagents were analytical grade reagents.
5.1 Water
in line with GB/T 6682 laboratory water three requirements.
5.4 potassium permanganate standard solution
Ba (1/5KMnO4) = 0.2mol/L, according to GB/T 601 formulation and calibration.
5.5
pH7.7 phosphate buffer Soren Johnson.
A solution. Weigh-hydrogen phosphate, disodium 11.876g, dissolved in 1L of water.
B solution. Weigh potassium dihydrogen phosphate 9.078g, dissolved in 1L of water.
When you use, A solution, B solution mixed by 9.1.
