Foreword

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

The standard instead of GB/T 5184-2008 "forklift hook fork and fork fork installation size", and GB/T 5184-2008 phase the main technical changes are as follows.

--- increase the lower beam on the loading and unloading slot for the optional parts, and the lower loading and unloading tank should be deeper than the k2 3mm requirements (see 4.1);

--- modified the requirements of the loading and unloading of the lower beam, stressed that the use of eccentric loading and unloading tank alone should have warning content (see 4.3,2008 version of the 4.3);

- the dimensions of the partial tolerance values in Figures 2 and 3 are modified (see Figures 2, 3 of Figures 2, 3 and 2008);

- modify the range of values for the lower hooks in Table 1 (see Table 1, Table 8, Table 1).

This standard uses the translation method equivalent to ISO 2328.:2011 "forklift hook type fork and fork frame installation size".

And the normative reference in this standard international documents are consistent with the relationship between China's documents are as follows.

4 Requirements

4.1 Size

The fork is fitted with a fork for the A-type (low) and B-type (high) fork (the type of fork is determined by the position of the lower hook) the dimensions shall be in accordance with the requirements of Figures 1, 2 and 3 and Table 1 and Table 2, respectively. The loading and unloading slots on the lower beam are optional and should meet the requirements of 4.3 begging. The fork locating slots shall be distributed at the appropriate spacing on the crossbar of the fork in accordance with the dimensions specified in Table 2. In order to locate the tool, A positioning groove shall be provided at the upper edge of the crossbar center line on the fork. However, when the accident is to fall off, the lower part will be loaded and unloaded when the groove is eccentric, the groove should be offset from the centerline of the yard (see Figure 1); the lower loading and unloading slot should be further deepened than k2 (see Figure 3) 3mm, in order to facilitate the installation of fork and other accessories.

4.2 Stopper

In order to prevent the fork from falling off the end of the fork, it shall be provided with a stop. If these stops are not permanently fixed, such as welding the instruction manual should contain the "if the block is not properly in place, the forklift should be prohibited" warning.
