GB/T 35205.2-2023 — This document specifies the general safety requirements for off-road type rotary telescopic forklifts (hereinafter referred to as "forklifts"): This type of forklift consists of a lower chassis It is composed of the upper slewing structure, and the upper slewing structure is equipped with a telescopic arm lifting device (articulated arm), which is usually equipped with a pick-up device (such as cargo fork and fork): Forks and other integral attachments are considered part of the forklift: In addition to the relevant clauses of this document, other parts of this document also apply to these attachments: This document does not apply to the following: a) Off-road type telescopic forklift (non-rotating), see ISO 10896-1; b) For industrial telehandlers, see ISO 3691-2; c) mobile cranes; d) machinery designed primarily for earthmoving operations (e:g: loaders), even if their buckets are replaced by forks (see ISO 20474); e) Designed to be mainly carried by variable-length lifting suspension components (such as chains, wire ropes), and the load can swing freely in all directions vehicle; Note: For vehicles with loads that can swing freely in all directions, the additional requirements for vehicle lifting devices and attachments, manned/working platforms shall be determined by ISO /TC110/SC4 is under development: f) Vehicles designed primarily for handling containers: The significant hazards covered by this document are listed in Appendix A: This document does not address the hazards that may occur in the following situations: --- During the manufacturing process; --- When handling suspended loads that can swing freely; --- When lifting personnel; --- When used on the road; --- When used in potentially explosive atmospheres; ---Battery, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or hybrid power as the main power source:
