3 Terms and Definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Penetration ratio
The ratio of the penetration at 25°C of the asphalt sample after evaporation loss to that of the original sample was determined.
3.2 Equiviscous temperature (EVT)
The temperature at which asphalt reaches a specified viscosity.
Note. The isoviscosity temperature is obtained by fitting the viscosity-temperature curve formula.
