Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents".

This document supersedes GB/T 14598.303-2011 "General Technical Conditions for Integrated Protection Devices for Digital Motors" and is consistent with... Compared with GB/T 14598.303-2011, apart from structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---The term "digital protection device" has been removed (see 3.1 in the 2011 edition);

---The terms "integrated motor protection device" and "tE time" have been added (see 3.1 and 3.2);

---Special environmental conditions have been added (see 4.1.6);

---Some requirements for rated electrical parameters have been changed (see 4.2.1, 4.2.2, and 4.1.1, 4.1.2, and 4.1.3 of the 2011 edition);

---Added requirements for digital inputs and outputs (see 4.3);

---Some functional requirements of the device have been modified, and the requirements for recording, clocking, measurement and control have been refined (see 4.6, 4.5 in the 2011 version);

---Added requirements for overcurrent protection and tE time protection for increased safety motors, and added relevant requirements for variable frequency speed control motors. (See 4.7.1, 4.7.4 and 4.7.16);

---The accuracy requirements have been changed, and the device has been adjusted based on the parameters of the main existing motors and the motor relay protection setting calculation requirements.

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, markings, labels, instruction manuals, packaging, transportation, and storage of integrated motor protection devices.

The integrity of storage and supply and quality assurance are described, along with the corresponding testing methods.

This document applies to the design, manufacture, testing, and maintenance of integrated protection devices (hereinafter referred to as "devices") for AC asynchronous motors and synchronous motors. Basis for use.
