1 Scope

GB/T 47151-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering peaches graded for market - the size and shape, the ground and blush colour, the firmness and soluble solids, and the defects and their tolerances at each grade. 4 Requirements

4.1 Basic Requirements It possesses typical varietal characteristics and meets the following basic requirements.

---When the fruit is ripe, the soluble solids content at harvest should comply with the requirements of Appendix A;

---The fruit is intact, without cracks, punctures, diseases, rot, spoilage, or off-odors;

---Fresh and clean, free of foreign matter and abnormal external moisture;

---The length of the fruit stalk should not exceed the shoulder of the fruit.
