Part 3 of the series, first edition. In force from 1 February 2026. Issued on 1 August 2025, it has been in force since 1 February 2026.

3.1 Annealing point
This corresponds to the temperature at which the substrate glass viscosity is 1013 dPa-s.
3.2 strain point
This corresponds to the temperature at which the substrate glass viscosity is 1014.5 dPa-s.
3.3 softening point
This corresponds to the temperature at which the substrate glass viscosity is 107.6 dPa-s.
