Drafting organisations of this part: Nanjing Puzhen Rolling Stock Works, Standards and Metrology Research Institute of the Ministry of Railways, Sifang Rolling Stock Research Institute, Changchun Passenger Car Works and Tangshan Locomotive and Rolling Stock Works.

Principal drafters of this part: Wu Ronghua, Sun Yan, Qi Bing, Yan Chun, Xu Weihua and Yuan Shuqing.

This part was first issued in July 1984; this is its first revision.

Issued on 11 June 2004 by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine and the Standardization Administration of China; implemented from 1 December 2004. Classification: ICS 01.040.45; 45.060.20, CCS S 50.

1 Scope

This part defines the terms for the electric equipment of railway vehicles.

This part applies to standards, technical documents and scientific and technical publications relating to railway vehicles.
