Scope

GB/T 45201-2024 is the English-translated version of 社交电子商务平台管理规范.

GB/T 45201-2024 is the Chinese national standard covering the platform where selling runs through social contacts, not a storefront — the operator's qualifications, management system and dynamic verification, the accounts, conduct and earnings of promoters, the accounts, conduct and product information of sellers, the payment and logistics providers, the consumer service and after-sales, the information and network security and the emergency plans, and the rule for the moment a promoter turns into a seller. In social commerce the same account can promote today and sell tomorrow, which is what the role-transformation clause is for, and each set of requirements carries its own verification method. First edition. In force from 31 December 2024. Issued on 31 December 2024, it has been in force since 31 December 2024.
