Scope

GB/T 43880.1-2024 is the English-translated version of 服务型制造 导则 第1部分:体系架构.

GB/T 43880.1-2024 is the first part of the Chinese guideline series on service-oriented manufacturing, the model in which a manufacturer sells services around its products.

It specifies the service-oriented manufacturing technology architecture, the logical structure of the standard system and the framework of that standard system; the technical reference model shown in clause 4 is built bottom-up from a manufacturing resource layer, a supporting technology layer, a core service layer, an industry application layer and a demand target layer.

It applies to government departments, enterprises, institutions, research institutes and related organizations working on service-oriented manufacturing standardization.

Its introduction states that GB/T 43880 has four parts: system architecture, basic mode, resource management and capability evaluation. Issued on 15 March 2024, it has applied since 1 October 2024.

Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document is Part 1 of GB/T 43880 "Guidelines for service-oriented manufacturing". GB/T 43880 has been published in the following parts.

--- Part 1: System architecture;

--- Part 2: Basic mode;

--- Part 3: Resource management;

--- Part 4: Capability evaluation.

Introduction

Service-oriented manufacturing is a new type of industry that deeply integrates manufacturing and services and develops in a coordinated manner. It is an important way for the innovative development of the manufacturing industry.

The essence of service-oriented manufacturing is that manufacturing enterprises (including manufacturing enterprises and professional institutions that provide services to them)

The value-added of all stakeholders in the value chain is achieved through the integration of digital, networked, intelligent and other information technologies, with the full participation of customers.

The integration of decentralized manufacturing resources and the high synergy of their respective core competitiveness ultimately provide consumers with products and services that meet their personalized requirements.

It is a new type of industry that realizes the optimal allocation of manufacturing resources and maximizes the value of all stakeholders in the value chain.

In recent years, under the guidance of relevant national policies and the urgent need for transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry, service-oriented manufacturing has become more and more familiar to people.

As we know, theoretical research and enterprise practice in the field of service-oriented manufacturing have developed rapidly, and the policy system and industrial foundation have basically been formed.

In order to solve the problem of traditional manufacturing enterprises turning to service-oriented manufacturing, Common technical problems in the process of enterprise transformation, guide service-oriented manufacturing enterprises to standardize service behaviors, and accelerate the cultivation of new formats and models of service-oriented manufacturing.

Therefore, GB/T 43880 was formulated. GB/T 43880 is a general standard to guide manufacturing enterprises to carry out service-oriented manufacturing. It consists of parts.

--- Part 1: System architecture. The purpose is to analyze the manufacturing process, manufacturing products and manufacturing industry for service-oriented manufacturing.

The standardization needs of service-oriented manufacturing should be identified, and the existing and missing standards should be identified.

The service-oriented manufacturing standard system architecture is established, which points out the direction for the next step of standard formulation and revision in the service-oriented manufacturing field.

--- Part 2: Basic Model. The purpose is to study various service-oriented manufacturing application models, extract their common abstract features, and provide Five typical service-oriented manufacturing models have been developed to provide a basis and guidance for manufacturing enterprises to establish service-oriented manufacturing service models.

--- Part 3: Resource Management. The purpose is to systematically sort out the various resources involved in the process of service-oriented manufacturing in manufacturing enterprises.

Classify resources and formulate classification methods and management requirements to provide a basis and guide.

--- Part 4: Capability evaluation. The purpose is to study the requirements for the construction and evaluation of service-oriented manufacturing capabilities of manufacturing enterprises, and to provide It provides unified indicators and processes for enterprises to carry out service-oriented manufacturing capability building and evaluation. Service-Oriented Manufacturing Guidelines Part 1: System Architecture

4 Service-oriented manufacturing technology architecture

4.1 Overview

From the perspective of service-oriented manufacturing enterprises, this paper sorts out the characteristics of service-oriented manufacturing and the key elements involved, and combines the The domain requirements and application scenarios involved determine the basic logical structure of the service-oriented manufacturing technology reference model.

4.2 Technical Reference Model

The service-oriented manufacturing technology reference model is divided into manufacturing resource layer, supporting technology layer, core service layer, Industry application layer, demand target layer. The technical reference model should be developed from bottom to top, layer by layer, as shown in Figure 1.
