1 Scope

This document stipulates express high-speed rail transportation information exchange requirements, information exchange business processes, message specifications, communications and security, and data exchange frequency.

This document applies to information exchange between express delivery service organizations and express high-speed rail transportation organizations to complete domestic express high-speed rail transportation.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 37341-2019 and the following apply to this document.

3.1 Express high-speed rail

Express transportation service using EMU trains.

3.2 Express waybill

Railway transport enterprises handle railway transport bills for small railway goods.

Note: Railway small cargo express waybill is referred to as "express waybill".

3.3 Internal parts

A collection that classifies the goods in express shipments according to their natural attributes, transportation properties, uses, etc. [Source: GB/T 37341-2019, 3.3, with modifications]

3.4 Goods name

The name of the goods in the shipment.
