1 Scope

This document stipulates the classification, technical requirements, sampling, test methods, inspection rules and markings of polyvinyl chloride resin for matt products, and accompanying Documentation, packaging, shipping and storage.

This document applies to polyvinyl chloride resin prepared by suspension copolymerization of vinyl chloride and cross-linking agent for the production of matt products.
