Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

1 Scope

This document provides guidelines for the construction principles, construction content, construction plan and dynamic maintenance of island ecological construction.

This document applies to the ecological construction of uninhabited islands and inhabited islands at or below the county level.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Uninhabited island

Islands that do not belong to the address registration place of resident household registration management. [Source: HY/T 250-2018, 3.2]

3.2 Inhabitedisland

An island that belongs to the address registration place of the resident household registration management.

3.3 Rights and interests island special purpose island

Islands where territorial sea base points are located, islands for national defense purposes, and other islands that have the function of safeguarding maritime rights and interests.

3.4 Island ecosystem

Maintain the island body, coastline, beach, vegetation, fresh water and surrounding sea areas and other biological communities and organic complexes composed of abiotic environment.
