GB/T 42609-2023 is the English-translated version of 煤粉给料三通换向阀.

This document specifies the technical requirements, the materials, the inspection and test methods, the inspection rules, the marking, the packaging, transport and storage, and the delivery documents for the three-way diverter valve used on a pulverized coal gasifier.

The document applies to such valves of nominal pressure PN16 to PN100 (Class 150 to Class 600) and nominal size DN25 to DN100 (NPS 1 to NPS 4) where the medium is gas-borne pulverized coal, that is a gas-solid two-phase medium in which nitrogen or carbon dioxide carries the coal, at a temperature of 80 °C to 200 °C, with a particle size below 0.1 mm and a moisture content below 3 % by mass.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

1 Scope

This document specifies the technical requirements, materials, inspection and test methods, inspection rules, standards marking, packaging, transport and storage, and delivery documents.

This document is applicable to nominal pressure PN16~PN100 (Class150~Class600), nominal size DN25~DN100 (NPS1~ NPS4), three-way reversing valve dedicated to pulverized coal gasifier for pulverized coal gasifier whose medium is airborne pulverized coal.

Note: Gas-borne pulverized coal is a gas-solid two-phase medium in which nitrogen or carbon dioxide is used as the carrier gas and pulverized coal is the substance to be transported. The temperature of the medium is 80°C~200°C.

The diameter is less than 0.1mm, and the moisture content of pulverized coal is less than 3% (mass fraction).
