Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules for Standardization Documents" drafting.

This document is Part 1 of GB/T 42455 "Smart City Buildings and Residential Areas". GB/T 42455 has issued the following part.

--- Part 1: Technical requirements for smart community information systems.

Introduction

In order to implement the "Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on the development of a beautiful environment and a happy life in the construction and renovation of urban and rural human settlements "Guiding Opinions on Creating Activities", standardize the community construction and operation model of co-construction, co-governance and sharing in the new era, and promote the benign and sustainable industrialization of smart communities In order to continue to develop, carry out the formulation of technical requirements for smart community information systems.

GB/T 42455 is proposed to consist of two parts.

--- Part 1: Technical requirements for smart community information systems. The purpose is to propose the overall structure of the smart community information system, and to provide body technical requirements.

--- Part 2: Smart community evaluation. The purpose is to determine the evaluation indicators and classification methods of smart communities.

1 Scope

This document proposes the overall structure of the smart community information system, and specifies the infrastructure layer, system layer, application layer, Safety assurance and operation and maintenance requirements.

This document is applicable to the planning, design, integration and operation of the smart community information system.
