Scope
GB/T 42432-2023 is the English-translated version of 航天器吊装通用要求.
GB/T 42432-2023 sets out the general and detailed requirements for lifting a spacecraft with cranes.
Clause 3 defines the spreader as the device connecting crane to spacecraft, and hoisting as the operation of lifting the spacecraft, changing its position or attitude and setting it back in place, noting that hoisting generally covers lifting, transferring, flipping and docking; clause 4 opens with the hoisting environment.
Clause 1 states that it applies to the hoisting of the complete spacecraft and of cabin sections at every stage from the final assembly plant to the launch site, and that other large aerospace parts and products may follow it for reference.
Among the standards it quotes are GB/T 5082 on crane hand signals, GB/T 6067.1-2010 and GB/T 37833-2019. Issued on 23 May 2023, it has applied since 1 December 2023.

1 Scope
This document specifies the general and detailed requirements for the hoisting of spacecraft.
This document is applicable to the hoisting work of the entire spacecraft and the cabin section at each stage from the final assembly plant to the launch site. Production of other large aerospace parts and components Products can be implemented by reference.

3 Terms and Definitions
The following techniques defined in GB/T 6974.1, GB/T 26079, GB/T 32296, GB/T 32301 and GB/T 37833-2019 terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Spreader hoisting device
It is a device used for the suspension connection between the crane and the spacecraft, and to meet the requirements of the spacecraft's lifting and moving.
3.2 Hoisting
The operation process of hoisting the spacecraft, changing its position or attitude and reinstalling it in place by means of cranes and spreaders.
Note: In general, hoisting includes lifting, transferring, flipping and docking.
3.3
The general term for ground equipment used for spacecraft assembly, testing, experimentation, transportation and storage.
Note: It generally includes hoisting, parking, transshipment, packaging, transportation and unfolding equipment.
4 General requirements
4.1 Hoisting environment
