Scope
GB/T 42198-2022 is the English-translated version of 智能制造 大规模个性化定制 需求交互要求.
GB/T 42198-2022 covers the exchange between a manufacturer and its customer in mass customization: how a customer requirement is captured, agreed and carried through into what is actually built. An overview places that exchange inside the wider process, which runs from identifying and assessing demand through design, procurement, marketing and sales, production, logistics and service, and makes the point that interaction with the customer runs the length of it rather than sitting at the front. Two clauses then take it phase by phase — the requirements on the interaction while the requirement is being acquired, and the requirements on it while the requirement is being realised. Splitting it that way addresses the two ends of one failure. If capture is loose, the order reaches the plant as a wish rather than a specification and is settled by whoever happens to build it; if contact lapses once production starts, a change that could have been absorbed early arrives instead as scrap. There are no normative references, so the document stands on its own. Written for manufacturers offering configured products, and for the consultants and system suppliers who set up the process behind them.

Introduction
Mass customization is one of the five new models of intelligent manufacturing, and it has been successfully implemented in industries such as automobiles, home appliances, furniture, and clothing.
Practice, and as one of the important development directions, it has been researched and applied by domestic and foreign enterprises, system solution providers, and research institutions. Large scale
The series of standards for modular customization aims to sort out the common needs and core elements of large-scale customization in different industries, and standardize the common
Large-scale personalized customization business process, puts forward the basic problems existing in key links such as demand interaction, design, and production compared with mass production mode.
To meet the basic requirements and promote the connection of all links in the life cycle. This series of standards is proposed to be composed of the following five standards.
--- "Terms of Mass Personalization in Intelligent Manufacturing" aims to standardize the basic terms and requirements in the field of mass customization
Find interaction-related terms, design-related terms, production-related terms, etc.
--- "General Requirements for Mass Personalization in Intelligent Manufacturing" aims to standardize the business process in the field of mass customization
and basic requirements for each activity.
--- "Intelligent Manufacturing Large-Scale Personalized Customization Requirements Interaction Requirements" aims to standardize the business process of large-scale personalized customization
Base requirements for requirements interactions.
--- "Intelligent Manufacturing Mass Personalization Design Requirements" aims to standardize the design of mass personalization business processes
Basic requirements of the activity.
--- "Intelligent Manufacturing Mass Personalized Customization Production Requirements" aims to standardize the production of large-scale personalized custom business processes
Basic requirements of the activity.

1 Scope

There are no normative references, so the document stands on its own. Written for manufacturers offering configured products, and for the consultants and system suppliers who set up the process behind them.
This document specifies the requirement interaction process and the requirements for each stage of requirement interaction in the mass customization process.
This document is intended to guide manufacturing companies and those who provide consulting, training, and implementation services for mass personalization
Requirements interaction in Customizing.

4 Overview
Mass customization takes customer needs as the core, including demand identification, demand assessment, R&D design, procurement, marketing and sales, production,
Logistics, services and other major activities. Among them, the demand interaction between enterprises and customers runs through the entire business process, which can be divided into the demand acquisition stage.
Requirement interaction in the stage of request interaction and requirement realization, as shown in Figure 1.
