Scope

GB/T 42134-2022 is the English-translated version of 智能制造 大规模个性化定制 术语.

GB/T 42134-2022 sets out the vocabulary of mass customization in intelligent manufacturing, in four groups: the basic terms, the terms of requirements interaction, the terms of modular design, and the terms of production technology and management. It carries no normative references, so the definitions stand on their own. Mass customization is named in the introduction as one of the five new models of intelligent manufacturing, already put into practice in cars, home appliances, furniture and clothing, and pursued alike by manufacturers, solution providers and research institutes — and that spread is the difficulty the vocabulary answers. The same words are in use across industries that reorganise the product life cycle in quite different ways, so a term that means one thing at a furniture plant means something else to a carmaker's supplier, contracts and software specifications are written past each other, and the standards that follow in the series have nothing stable to rest on. Dividing the terms along the actual line of work — interacting over requirements, designing in modules, then producing and managing — is what makes those later documents readable in a single sense. Used by manufacturers adopting the model, by their software and consulting suppliers, and as the reference for the companion documents in the series, among them the design requirements GB/T 42199-2022.

Introduction

Mass customization is one of the five new models of intelligent manufacturing, and it has been successfully implemented in industries such as automobiles, home appliances, furniture, and clothing.

Practice, and as one of the important development directions, it has been researched and applied by domestic and foreign enterprises, system solution providers, and research institutions. Large scale

The series of standards for modular customization aims to sort out the common needs and core elements of large-scale customization in different industries, and standardize the common

Large-scale personalized customization business process, puts forward the basic problems existing in key links such as demand interaction, design, and production compared with mass production mode.

To meet the basic requirements and promote the connection of all links in the life cycle. This series of standards is proposed to be composed of the following five standards.

--- "Terms of Mass Personalization in Intelligent Manufacturing". The purpose is to standardize the basic terminology in the field of mass personalization,

Requirements interaction related terms, design related terms, production related terms, etc.

--- "General Requirements for Mass Personalization in Intelligent Manufacturing". The purpose is to standardize the business flow in the field of mass personalization

Program and basic requirements for each activity.

--- "Intelligent Manufacturing Large-Scale Personalized Customization Demand Interaction Requirements". The purpose is to standardize the business process of mass customization

The basic requirements of the requirements interaction activities in.

--- "Intelligent manufacturing large-scale personalized customization design requirements". The purpose is to standardize the set-up in the business process of mass personalization

Basic requirements for accounting activities.

--- "Intelligent Manufacturing Mass Personalized Customization Production Requirements". The purpose is to standardize the mass customization business process

Basic requirements for production activities.

Smart Manufacturing Mass Personalization Terminology

1 Scope

This document defines the basic terms of mass customization, demand interaction terms, modular design terms, production technology and management techniques

language etc.

This document is applicable to manufacturing enterprises to standardize and apply mass personalization mode.
