Scope

GB/T 42154-2022 is the English-translated version of 配电网电能质量监测技术导则.

GB/T 42154-2022 is technical guidance for monitoring power quality on a distribution network.

It covers the general rules, how the monitoring method is chosen, where monitoring points are set and which monitoring indicators are selected, then the monitoring data sources - their classification, the monitoring equipment and other sources - and the use made of the monitoring data.

Its informative annexes give a typical monitoring system architecture, typical power quality disturbance sources with the matching monitoring indexes, and the MQTT communication protocol, which is the longest of the three.

It applies to power quality monitoring of AC distribution networks, takes the monitoring device definition from GB/T 19862-2016, and quotes GB/T 17626.30, GB/T 22239, DL/T 860, DL/T 1297 and DL/T 1608. Issued on 30 December 2022, it has applied since 1 July 2023.
