Scope
GB/T 41800-2022 is the English-translated version of 信息技术 传感器网络 爆炸危险化学品贮存安全监测系统技术要求.
GB/T 41800-2022 sets out what a sensor-network system for monitoring the safety of explosive hazardous chemicals in storage has to do and what it is built from.
It fixes the functional and the technical architecture, then the functional requirements for the perception and control domain, the service provider domain, the resource exchange domain and the operation and maintenance control domain, and the technical requirements for the perception devices, the IoT gateway, the platform, the terminal equipment and data security.
It applies to building such systems at explosive hazardous chemical storage units, tank areas and storage areas, that count as major hazard sources. Among the standards it quotes are GB 18218-2018, GB/T 22239-2019 and GB/T 50493-2019. Issued on 14 October 2022, it has applied since 1 May 2023.

Foreword
This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.
1 Scope
This document specifies the architecture, functional requirements and technical requirements of the storage safety monitoring system for explosive hazardous chemicals (hereinafter referred to as the "system").
This document is applicable to the safety monitoring system of explosive hazardous chemical storage units (tank areas, reservoir areas) that are major hazard sources of hazardous chemicals system construction.

3 Terms and Definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB 18218-2018 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Hazardous chemicals
Highly toxic chemicals and other chemicals that have the properties of toxicity, corrosion, explosion, combustion and combustion support, and are harmful to human body, facilities and the environment. [Source: GB 18218-2018, 3.1]
3.2 Explosive hazardous chemicals
Chemicals with potential explosion risk properties such as explosion and combustion, combustion support, and self-reaction, which are harmful to human body, facilities and the environment.
3.3 Storage unit
A relatively independent area composed of storage tanks or warehouses used to store hazardous chemicals, and the storage tank area is divided into independent areas with the tank area fire dike as the boundary.
The warehouse is divided into independent units with the independent warehouse (independent building) as the boundary. [Source: GB 18218-2018, 3.6]
