1 Scope

This document specifies the overall requirements, system functional requirements, system performance requirements, system System composition requirements, system software requirements, system interface requirements and system information security requirements.

This document is applicable to the design, construction and operation of the comprehensive emergency command system of the urban rail transit network.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

4 General requirements

4.1 When the urban rail transit network reaches the network operation conditions, there should be a comprehensive emergency command system (hereinafter referred to as the "system"), and the network operation The emergency needs of the battalion shall meet the provisions of GB/T 38707.

4.2 During normal operation, the system shall have the functions of operation monitoring, risk management and control and information release; during abnormal operation, the system shall Coordination and command function between lines and on-site levels.

4.3 The system should meet the line network emergency command requirements of comprehensive information content, real-time accuracy, quick access, and flexible combination.

4.4 The system should meet the requirements of security, reliability and availability, and be scalable and maintainable.

4.5 The protection level of system information security level shall not be lower than the secondary requirements specified in GB/T 22239-2019.

4.6 The system should be able to meet the expansion needs of new line access, line reconstruction and extension.

4.7 The system should adopt a data-level disaster recovery method to establish a backup system.

4.8 The system can realize data sharing and provide data support for other businesses and applications of the enterprise.

4.9 The system shall record the audio and video information of the emergency decision-making site of the line network and the system interface related to emergencies, and have the function of backtracking.
