1 Scope
This document specifies the publication quality requirements, testing methods, testing conclusion requirements and testing report requirements for digital textbooks for primary and secondary schools.
This document is applicable to the quality management of digital textbooks in primary and secondary schools in the process of research and development, publishing, etc.

3.2 Digital textbook
