Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

This document replaces GB/T 6409.2-2009 "Shape and Dimensions of Diamond or Cubic Boron Nitride Abrasives for Superabrasive Products", and Compared with GB/T 6409.2-2009, in addition to structural adjustment and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed flat grinding wheel 1A1, 1A8, 1A1R, 1F1, 1L1 and 1V1, double-sided concave grinding wheel 9A1, double Dimensions of convex grinding wheels 14A1 and 14F1 (see 4.1.1.1~4.1.1.3, 4.1.1.8, 4.1.1.11, 4.1.1.12, 4.1.1.15, 4.1.1.17, 4.1.1.21, 2.1.1.1~2.1.1.3, 2.1.1.8, 2.1.1.11, 2.1.1.12, 2.1.1.16, 2.1.1.18, 2.1.1.22);

b) Deleted the shape and size of the flat grinding wheel type 1V9 (see 2.1.1.13 of the.2009 edition);

c) Changed the dimensions of cup grinding wheel 6A2, bowl grinding wheel 11A2, 11V2 and 11V9, and disc grinding wheel 12V9 (see 4.1.2.1, 4.1.2.3, 4.1.2.5, 4.1.2.8, 2.1.2.1, 2.1.2.3, 2.1.2.5, 2.1.2.10 of the.2009 edition);

d) Deleted the shape and size of the edging combined grinding wheel 2EEA1V (see 2.1.4.5 of the.2009 edition);

e) The shape and size of grinding disc 1A2T and grinding disc 6A2T have been changed (see 4.1.4.6, 4.1.4.7, 2.2.1 and 2.2.8 of the.2009 edition);

f) The grinding disc 3×1A2T type, the grinding disc 4×1A2T type, the grinding disc 7×1A2T type, the grinding disc 8×1A2T type, the grinding disc 9× Shape and size of 1A2T type, grinding disc 10×1A2T type, grinding disc 4×6A2T type, grinding disc 7×6A2T type, grinding disc 6C2B type inches (see 2.2.2~2.2.7, 2.2.9~2.2.11 of the.2009 edition);

g) Added the shape and size of grinding head 1A1W (with thread) and grinding head 1F1W (see 4.2.2, 4.2.3).

This document specifies the shapes and dimensions of diamond or cubic boron nitride grinding wheels, grinding heads, and grinding stones.

This document applies to diamond or cubic boron nitride grinding wheels, grinding heads and grinding stones.

This document does not apply to diamond or cubic boron nitride grinding wheels, grinding heads and grinding stones for which there are separate product standards.
