Scope

GB/T 41401-2022 is the English-translated version of 智能井盖.

GB/T 41401-2022 is the Chinese national standard for intelligent manhole covers, that is inspection manhole covers fitted with a manhole cover intelligent device such as a monitor, an electronic lock or an electronic tag.

It specifies the basic requirements, the software requirements, the information requirements, the security protection requirements and the management and maintenance requirements, and it applies to the design, manufacture, management and maintenance of such covers, whatever the material, shape, size or place of installation.

Three normative annexes give the performance test methods, the content of the information description and the code set used for that description. It was issued on 15 April 2022 and has applied since 1 November 2022.

1 Scope

This document specifies the basic requirements, software requirements, information requirements, safety protection requirements and management and maintenance requirements for smart manhole covers.

3.1 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1.1 Manhole cover intelligent device

It is used for one or more functions such as manhole cover condition monitoring, manhole cover identification, manhole cover switch control, and downhole (physical, chemical) environmental monitoring. device.

Note: The manhole cover intelligent device includes the manhole cover monitor installed on the inspection manhole cover, the manhole cover electronic lock, the manhole cover electronic label, etc.

3.1.2 Smart manhole cover

Equipped with a manhole cover intelligent device, with manhole cover status monitoring, manhole cover identification, manhole cover switch control, and underground (physical, chemical) environmental monitoring Check manhole covers for one or more functions.
