GB/T 41396-2022 is the Chinese national standard for the card system that admits and charges visitors in the scenic areas of a digital city.
It sets the structure of the system and describes its parts, then fixes the technical requirements and transaction flow of the user card, the composition and transaction flow of the QR code, the data interfaces for the integrated circuit card business and the QR code business, and the security requirements for both carriers.
It defines the tourism card system itself, the secure element, the project code and the two-dimensional code. It applies to the design, construction, acceptance, operation and maintenance of such a system, and cites GB/T 18284, GB/T 20000.1, GB/T 31778-2015, GB/T 32918.2, CJ/T 166-2014 and CJ/T 304. It was issued on 15 April 2022 and has applied since 1 November 2022.

1 Scope
This document specifies the system requirements, user cards, QR codes, data interfaces and security technical requirements for digital urban scenic tourism card systems.
This document is applicable to the design, construction, acceptance and operation and maintenance of the digital city scenic tourist card system.

3 Terms and Definitions
GB/T 20000.1 as well as the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Scenic tourist card
An intelligent traffic system for multiple business applications such as identification and payment in the scenic spot.
3.2 Security module
A component that can realize the secure storage and computing functions of critical data.
3.3 Project code
A code that is managed by a central key management system to complete a specific function.
3.4 Two-dimensional code
A geometric shape that represents data information with graphics corresponding to binary data.
