This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

1 Scope

This document stipulates the basic requirements for e-commerce live sales quality management, as well as organizational management, employee management, commodity management, direct requirements for broadcast information management and consumer rights protection, and describes verification methods.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 35408 and below apply to this document.

3.1 E-commerce live-streaming sales

Through Internet websites, applications, small programs, etc., it can be launched in the form of video live broadcast, audio live broadcast, graphic live broadcast or a combination of multiple live broadcasts. Exhibition marketing business activities.

3.2 Live streaming platform

The general term for an information network system that provides transaction matching and related services to both parties or multiple parties in e-commerce live broadcasts.

3.3 E-commerce platform operator

In e-commerce, it provides online business premises, transaction matching, information release and other services for transactions, allowing both parties or multiple parties to independently develop A legal person or unincorporated organization that carries out trading activities.

3.4 Live-streaming marketing service agency

A specialized agency that provides planning, operations, brokerage, training and other services for live broadcast salespersons engaged in e-commerce live marketing activities.
