1 Scope
GB/T 4103 provisions of this part of the determination of nickel content in the lead.
This section applies to the determination of nickel content in lead. Measurement range. 0.0001% to 0.01%.
2 principle of the method
Sample dissolved in nitric acid, sulfuric acid precipitation lead to lead, using air - acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometer at a wavelength of 232.0nm
Nickel measured absorbance to the standard curve method to calculate the amount of nickel.
3 Reagents
Unless otherwise indicated, the test for the preparation and analysis of water solutions are a water containers were used in the experiments with dilute nitric acid (1 + 4) immersion
After a thorough cleaning with water.
3.1
nitrate (rho1.42g/mL), pure class distinctions.
3.2
sulfate (rho1.84g/mL), pure class distinctions.
3.3
nitric acid (1 + 1).
3.4
nitric acid (1 + 3).
3.5
sulfate (1 + 1).
3.6 Nickel standard stock solution
Weigh 0.5000g of nickel (Ni mass fraction >=99.95%) in 200mL beaker,
20mL of nitric acid (3.3), cover sheet pan, on low heat until completely dissolved, boiled, oxides of nitrogen purge, cooling is removed and transferred to 1000mL
Volumetric flask, dilute with water to volume, and mix. This solution 1mL containing 0.5mg nickel.
3.7 Nickel standard solution
Pipette 10.00mL Nickel standard stock solution (3.6) in 500mL volumetric flask, was added 20mL of nitric acid (3.3),
Dilute with water to volume, and mix. This solution 1mL containing 10µg nickel.
4 Instrument
Atomic absorption spectrometer, with a nickel hollow cathode lamp.
Under optimum working conditions for those who can reach the following indicators can be used.
--- Characteristic concentration. In line with the measurement of the sample solution matrix solution, characteristic concentration of nickel should not exceed 0.05µg/mL;
--- Precision. standard solution with the highest concentration of 10 times the absorbance measurements, the standard deviation should not exceed the average absorbance of 1.0%;
With the lowest concentration of standard solution (not "zero" concentration of the standard) measuring the absorbance of 10 times, the standard deviation should not exceed the maximum
0.5% concentration of the standard average absorbance;
--- Linear curve. The curve is divided into five sections according to concentration, absorbance difference between the absorbance difference between the highest and the lowest segment of the segment
Ratio of not less than 0.8;
--- Instrument reference operating conditions are shown in Table 1.
